Job Description:

Rodizio Grill, an authentic Brazilian steakhouse, is looking for friendly, energetic, and motivated servers to join our team at our Denver Tech Center location!

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in providing excellent hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
Explain our Brazilian steakhouse dining experience and menu to guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend and upsell cocktails, wines, desserts, and other menu offerings.
Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
Work closely with the management, kitchen, and gaucho teams to ensure a great guest experience.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
Follow restaurant policies, food safety standards, and service procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other beverages is a plus.
Must meet applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
